Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into slices. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes
  2. Fry the onion in a little oil, add the mince and continue frying until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put half of the potatoes in the greased pan. Salt a little. Then the mince and then the vegetables. Salt some more. Potatoes again as the top layer.
  4. Heat the cream, creme fraiche or sour cream and processed cheese in a saucepan. Season with the spices and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole. Close the pan and bake at approx. 200 degrees for approx. 45 minutes. Open the mold for the remaining 15 minutes.
