Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Then wash and cook in a saucepan until they are almost cooked through, but still slightly firm.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a non-fat frying pan until crispy and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into 1 cm thick slices.
  4. Mix the crème fraîche, milk, garlic, broth, nutmeg and pepper for the sauce. Season well, as all other ingredients are seasoned with it.
  5. Layer in a greased casserole dish as follows: Pour the boiled potato slices, on top of the fried minced meat, the crème fraîche sauce and place the tomato slices on top. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes until the mozzarella is golden brown.
