Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Cook in a saucepan until cooked but not disintegrated. Cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the potatoes for blanching in the last 5 minutes.
  2. Chop the onions and cut the ham into small cubes and fry both in a saucepan in a little oil. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces and add to the onions and ham with the corn kernels. Fry everything together for a few minutes until the pepper pieces have softened a little, then stir in the sour cream and tomato paste and add enough milk to create a slightly creamy sauce. Season well with sweet paprika powder, black pepper and salt.
  3. Put the potato slices and broccoli in a baking dish, lightly salt and pepper and spread the ham and vegetables mixture on top. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake the casserole at 175 ° C until the cheese is golden brown.
