Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes with their skin on. Then peel and let cool. Peel the onion, cut into cubes and roast until golden brown. Mix the eggs with a little milk. Dice the ham.
  2. Slice the cold potatoes and mix with the roasted onions, ham and eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper and possibly add herbs of your choice. Pour this mixture into a baking dish, cover with the sour cream and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
