I combined everything that I found in the fridge, figured out what to cook from sausage, eggs, potatoes, and we got this potato casserole with sausage.

• 700-800 g potatoes
• 400 g sausage
• 3 eggs
• 2 onions
• 250 g mayonnaise
• 2 pl. cheese

Instructions

1. Boil potatoes in their skins. Chop onion, sausage, and hard-boiled eggs.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment lay out a layer of sliced potatoes, then onions, sausage, and an egg.
3. Grease with mayonnaise and send to the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180C.
4. Remove from the oven, rub the processed cheese on top and bake the potato casserole with cheese and sausage for another 5-10 minutes.
