Instructions

  1. Peel and slice jacket potatoes. Cut the bell pepper into strips, dice the onions. Chop the garlic, cut the tomatoes into slices.
  2. Sauté paprika and onions in fat, add half of the garlic. Steam for about 5 - 10 minutes, until the peppers are almost cooked. If necessary, add a little water to avoid burning. Salt and pepper.
  3. Now layer in a baking dish:
  4. Half of the potatoes. Then the peppers. Crumble half of the cheese and spread evenly over it. The second half of the potatoes, then the tomatoes. Then crumble the rest of the cheese over it.
  5. Pour the cream with the remaining garlic, the finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper over it.
  6. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees top-bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
  7. The recipe is also suitable for people who don`t really like sheep`s cheese.
