Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Clean the leek and cut it into thin slices, dice the onion and paprika. Grease a baking dish a little, then place the thin potato slices in it. Possibly boil something in salted water beforehand, depending on the thickness required.
Fry the onion cubes together with the ham cubes, add the paprika and corn, fry a little, then add the sour cream and the vegetable stock, season well. Add the leek as well.
Simmer a little and distribute on the potatoes. Sprinkle everything well with cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Tip: The casserole tastes particularly delicious when it is warmed up, because then the aroma of the ham is well absorbed into the potatoes and is super delicious.
