Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes in a large saucepan, peel and cut into thin slices.

  3. Cut the chanterelles into slices or pieces, cut the leek into fine strips and dice the tomatoes.
  4. Grease a baking dish and alternately fill it with potatoes, mushrooms, diced bacon and onion mixture, diced tomatoes and strips of leek. Season each layer with salt and paprika. End with a potato layer.
