Cut the chicken breast fillet into medium-sized pieces and place in a large bowl with the potatoes. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the spring onions as well and cut into 2 cm pieces. Add everything to the other ingredients in the bowl. Depending on your taste, cut a chilli pepper into very small pieces and mix with the pesto and sesame seeds into the ingredients. Mix everything well.
