Instructions

  1. First, put a few wooden shashlik sticks, which are needed to skewer the potato slices, in water. This makes it easier to remove the potato slices later.
  2. Peel the potatoes and slice them into slices no more than 3 mm thick. The thinner, the crisper! Dry the potato slices well with kitchen paper. Season to taste. Skewer the potato slices on the wooden sticks without the slices touching each other. Place or place the chopsticks in a container without the potato slices touching each other or the edge of the container. Place in the microwave on the highest setting for about 5-10 minutes. Check again and again in between. Be careful, a large amount of hot steam develops - you may need to ventilate the microwave in between!
  3. When the potato slices are crispy enough, remove them and remove the chopsticks.
