Roast the sesame and sunflower seeds separately in a pan without fat and allow to cool. Roughly chop the sunflower seeds. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and mash them finely with a fork or pass them through a potato press. Press the garlic.
Mix the potatoes well with the garlic, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, oil, soy sauce, yogurt, paprika and curry. Finely crumble the sheep`s cheese and stir in as well and season again to taste.
