The potato is cut into cubes and cooked in the broth with the whole onion. When the potato is done, remove the onion and puree the whole thing with the magic wand.
Then add enough olive oil until it has a creamy consistency. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and you`re done!
Tastes super delicious with lamb`s lettuce. This can then be filled with fried strips of ham, ravioli, etc.
