Instructions

  1. Wash, boil and peel potatoes. Hard boil and peel eggs. Cut the potatoes and eggs into thin slices, cut the poultry sausage into fine cubes. Mix the sour and sweet cream together well.
  2. Put half of the sliced potatoes, eggs and meat sausage in a greased casserole dish, season with a little salt and pepper to taste, pour over half of the mixed cream. Then fill in the second half of the potatoes, eggs and sausage and pour the rest of the mixed cream over it. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper (you can also season the cream mixture with salt and pepper to taste, but then you don`t need to season the individual layers anymore, otherwise it will be too hot). Spread a few more flakes of butter on the casserole if you like.
  3. Cook in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 45 minutes in the oven.
  4. Green salad, cucumber-tomato salad and other salads go well with this.
