Boil the gnocchi, I`ll take the one from the refrigerator, in plenty of salted water. Halve the cherry tomatoes and peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
Fry the garlic slices in the olive oil in a pan. Add the cherry tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with a little sugar. Swirl in the pan for 2 to 3 minutes until they are a little soft. Now add the cooked or pre-cooked gnocchi and mix with the tomatoes. Add the cleaned and washed rocket to the gnocchi. Swirl the pan until the rocket has collapsed slightly.
This recipe can be prepared with homemade, dry or fresh gnocchi. Then the cooking time should be observed regardless of the recipe.
