Ingredients

Chicken breast – 200 g
Sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons
Butter – 1 tablespoon.
Sour cream – 2 tablespoons
Wheat flour – 2 tablespoon. + 0.5 tablespoon. for sprinkling the mold
Peel and rinse the potatoes. Peel the onion, cut it in half. I had a large onion, medium size will need 2 pieces. Grate the potatoes and half of the onion on a fine grater, drain some of the juice that has emerged, but not all so that the grandmother is not dry.
Cut the second part of the onion into small cubes. Also, cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Place the onion and chicken fillet in the skillet. Fry the chicken fillet with onions, stirring occasionally, over high heat for about 5 minutes. In the process of frying, salt, and pepper the ingredients, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings.
Transfer the fried chicken fillet with onions from the pan to a bowl with grated potatoes, add sour cream, flour. Stir, adding additional salt to the potato mass if necessary.
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour so that the bottom and sides of the dish are properly processed. Put the potato mass into the prepared dish, smooth the surface.
Bake the potato grandma in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, 40-45 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve hot potato granny with chicken. You can serve the dish either in the form or by turning it over and placing the grandma on the dish.
