Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Grease the gratin dish.
  2. Finely grate the cheese. Mix the soy cream with the mustard, grated cheese, agave syrup or liquid honey and diced onion. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Season the cream and cheese mixture with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
  3. Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices. Peel and halve the apple, remove the core and cut the halves into thin wedges.
  4. Mix the potatoes and apple with the cream and cheese mixture and layer in the form.
  5. Bake the gratin in a hot oven (center, convection 160 °) for 50-60 minutes. Cover the end with aluminum foil so that it doesn`t get too dark.
  6. After a short cooling time, sprinkle the gratin with chopped parsley.
  7. A green leaf salad goes well with it.
