Instructions

  1. Peel, dice and sweat the onions. Boil the potatoes, peel, strain, mix with 1 - 2 eggs (depending on consistency), also sweat diced onions and herbs, season to taste, bind with flour if necessary.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan, add the mixture with a tablespoon and press it flat to form patties. Fry until golden on both sides.
