Instructions
Finely dice the fresh herring fillet. Finely chop the onion. Peel and grate the potatoes. Mix these ingredients well with the eggs and season. Put small heaps in the pan with a tablespoon and press flat. Fry until crispy over medium heat.
Serve with a colorful salad.
