Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Cook the potatoes in the water with a little salt and puree them.
  2. In the meantime, wash the leek and cut into fine rings. After pureeing the potatoes, put the leek in the pot and season with the spices. Let the leek cook with you and you`re done.
  3. Finally sprinkle the herbs on top.
