Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Dice onion and garlic and sauté in oil. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add tomato paste and pieces, reduce a little. Clean, rinse and chop the pointed cabbage. Mix the sour cream with the cream. Put the cabbage in a mold, place the mince on top, cover with the potatoes. Pour the cream and cream (mixed) over the top and sprinkle with the cheese.
