A dense and hearty appetizer, which is not a sin to serve as a main course – these hearty potato muffins with mushrooms and chicken will not leave anyone indifferent. Watch and write down the recipe!
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Chop the chicken finely. Soak dry mushrooms in warm water.
Fry the chicken pieces in a skillet preheated with oil.
Chop the soaked mushrooms finely.
Add mushrooms to chicken, simmer all together for 15 minutes over low heat.
While the mushroom chicken is fried, make the potato dough. To do this, beat the eggs.
Add mashed potatoes to the eggs. Sift flour with baking powder and add to mashed potatoes too. Then pour in the milk and mix everything.
Add the fried chicken with mushrooms to the potatoes.
And also add grated cheese (leave a little for sprinkling).
Grease the muffin molds with vegetable oil, fill them in two-thirds of the potato mass, sprinkle with cheese and sesame seeds on top (to taste). Send to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
