Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the peppers, then cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Peel the garlic and press it through a press.
  2. Heat the lard in the pan. Fry the pepper and onion cubes with the garlic in the pan. Dilute the tomato paste with a little water (so that it doesn`t burn) and add. Season with salt, pepper and chilli. Let it simmer over a low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Fry the potato noodles in another pan or heat them in hot water. Then serve with the pepper ragout.
  4. A fresh green salad goes particularly well with it.
  5. Note: You can also fry it all in one pot. If you prefer the variant with the fried potato noodles, simply add the potato noodles to the pan.
