Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Clean the leek, cut in half lengthways, wash thoroughly, drain and cut into rings. Dice Mettenden. Whipped eggs with cream. Rinse the parsley, pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks, roughly chop and stir into the egg cream. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the diced potatoes and minced meat, stir in the leek rings and heat briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the egg cream over it and let it set while stirring carefully. Put everything in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the Gouda. Put the mold on the wire rack in the oven under the preheated grill and grill over until the cheese is lightly browned.

  3. If you use an ovenproof pan, the dish does not need to be transferred to grilling. Use waxy potatoes for this dish.
