Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into cubes and sauté them in olive oil in the pan. Cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in the pan and turn them well so that the potatoes are evenly covered with oil. Cook for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
  2. Cut the peppers into small strips and then add to the pan, season with salt and pepper and add the thyme and the olive spice. The olive spice is a mixture of spices. If this is not at hand, you can also use Provence herbs instead of the two spices.
  3. Turn well so that everything is covered with oil. Cook for another 5 minutes with the lid closed. Make sure the potatoes are done. If necessary, leave in the pan a little longer.
  4. Cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes and mix with the vegetable mixture. Leave in the pan with the lid closed for 2 minutes and then serve. Green salad and red wine go well with this.
