Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Then fry in a little butter in a pan. After turning, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Alternatively, the Wilde Hilde spice from Alnatura can be used. That goes very well with fried potatoes.
  2. Crumble the sheep`s cheese into small pieces and cut the spring onions into thin rings. As soon as the potatoes are cooked and have taken on a good color, sprinkle the sheep cheese and spring onions evenly over the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Do not turn any more. Cover and cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes. Do not let the sheep cheese melt completely.
