Wash the peeled potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes. Drain and peel the potatoes. Halve the peppers, remove the stems, core and dice. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings.
Heat the oil. Fry the small potatoes in the oil over low heat. Add diced paprika and onion rings, fry briefly and season with salt. Put the spring onions with the rosemary and tzatziki in the pan and heat briefly. Season the potato pan with salt and pepper. Roughly grate the parmesan and sprinkle over it just before serving.
