Peel the potatoes and grate them finely. Mix with three heaped tablespoons of chickpea flour and season with salt and a little black pepper.
Then distribute a tablespoon of potato dough in portions in the hot oil, smooth it out and bake on both sides until golden brown. I fry 3 pieces at the same time in a 28 mm pan.
Then place on a plate lined with kitchen paper. So they are not so oily afterwards.
