Peel the potatoes, cut into smaller pieces and place in the Quickchef with a cutting insert.
Heat the pan with oil. Put the egg, flour and salt in the Quickchef and turn until the potatoes look like chopped up. Add the pancakes spoon by spoon to the hot fat and fry on both sides until brown. Place the finished buffers on paper towels to catch some of the fat. Sugar and applesauce, black bread or salt go well with this.
