Delicious and tender potato pancakes with fish. They are prepared easily and quickly, just as quickly they leave the table! Any fish is suitable for their preparation.
Chop potatoes and onions in a food processor or grate on a medium grater. The excess liquid must be squeezed out.
Combine fish with potatoes.
Add the egg.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add chopped dill.
Add flour. To stir thoroughly.
Put the resulting mass with a spoon in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. In time, pancakes with fish are fried as much as ordinary potato pancakes.
