- Peel the jacket potatoes in warm water (first let them cool down a little in cold water) and cut into slices.
- Wash, quarter, core and cut the peppers into wedges.
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat for about 15 minutes until al dente.
- Mix the potatoes, paprika and season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Dice the feta and sprinkle over it.
- Side dish: green salad, preferably slightly sweet.
