Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes in salted water for approx. 10-15 minutes (depending on size).
  2. In the meantime, wash the peppers and cut them into pieces suitable for skewers.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces suitable for skewers.
  4. Now put both on skewers alternately.
  5. Make a marinade from piri-piri oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg and brush the skewers with it.
  6. Set aside for about 30 minutes to absorb.
  7. Grill these skewers and serve.
