- Pre-cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes in salted water for approx. 10-15 minutes (depending on size).
- In the meantime, wash the peppers and cut them into pieces suitable for skewers.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces suitable for skewers.
- Now put both on skewers alternately.
- Make a marinade from piri-piri oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg and brush the skewers with it.
- Set aside for about 30 minutes to absorb.
- Grill these skewers and serve.
