Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes until done and then peel them. Wash and cut the tomatoes and peppers (the peppers into small pieces). Cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Layer the potatoes, tomatoes and peppers alternately in a well-greased casserole dish. Beat the eggs with the magic wand and add some milk. Depending on the size of the eggs, add a 4th, it should not be too runny in any case (be careful with the milk). Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and herbs and mix everything vigorously.
  3. Pour the egg sauce over the casserole so that everything is covered as much as possible. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven at 180 degrees. The casserole takes about 40 minutes, depending on the size of the casserole dish. The egg should be completely conched and the cheese should be golden brown.
