Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and place in water. Peel the onions and cut into eighths, peel and finely chop the garlic. Now heat a large saucepan, add the oil and stir-fry the onions and minced meat. Salt and pepper. Then put in the raw potatoes and stir-fry everything together for another 10 minutes, add garlic, and after a minute fill up the pot with water and beef stock so that everything is just covered with water. Then add the pizza tomatoes and season with cumin, salt and pepper. Cook with the lid closed for about 1/2 hour over low heat. Add the white beans and cook for another ten minutes with the lid closed. Season if you like.
  2. We also eat flat bread and sometimes lamb, which is already cooked or fried in small cubes and placed on the portion on the plate. This is a very easy to prepare and inexpensive meal that still tastes great.
