Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, onions, and garlic, cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan with stock. Let cook until everything is soft. Add the pumpkin about 10 minutes before the end and let it cook. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the cheese so that it melts.
  2. Puree everything with the hand blender and season to taste. Add enough water to make a nice, creamy soup.
  3. If you like, you can add more garlic or onion.
