Peel the potatoes and pumpkin and cut into medium-sized cubes, then place in a baking dish.
Mix the coconut milk with the squeezed garlic cloves, the finely chopped ginger, turmeric and salt to taste (the milk should definitely be yellow in color!).
Pour the coconut milk mixture over the vegetables, finally fold in the chopped goat cheese.
Then put it in the oven for half an hour at around 200 degrees.
The dish tastes very tasty as a main course, but can also be used as a side dish for other exotic dishes.
