Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard (approx. 10 - 12 minutes), quench, peel them and cut into strips with the egg cutter.
  2. Boil the potatoes, then peel off the skin, cut into slices and place in a salad bowl. Salt and pepper and season with marjoram.
  3. Dice the meat sausage and add to the potatoes. Also add the egg strips. Sprinkle frozen parsley over all the ingredients.
  4. Mix Miracel Wip and Sour Creme and fold in carefully. Gradually pour in some vegetable stock until the salad can be stirred well. Let it steep for an hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Before serving, season again with salt and pepper and add some broth.
  6. Grilled meat, meatballs or sausages and cucumber salad with a vinegar, oil and sugar dressing taste great with it.
