Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes with their skin on, add salt and caraway seeds, peel them off and cut into slices while they are still warm. Put in a bowl and mix with the following marinade:
  2. Diced onions, cucumber, salt, white pepper, vinegar and oil are put in a little water and cooked until the onion is soft. Season again with the spices and pour over the potatoes, mix. Let cool down for approx. 2 hours, try and add seasoning if necessary.
  3. When the salad has cooled down, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
