- Chop the onion and garlic at level 5.
- Put the potatoes with the vegetable stock in the cooking insert; Cook for 30 minutes on level 1 Varoma. Remove the potatoes from the cooking insert.
- Add vinegar, mustard, herb salt and pepper to the remaining cooking liquid and puree for approx. 10 seconds, pour over the potatoes and let steep.
- Put in 2 tablespoons of oil before serving.
- If you want, you can also add leftover bacon cubes and cucumber cubes to the potato salad. These ingredients are not listed separately.
