Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes and carrots al dente, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Halve the onions long and cut into strips lengthways. Season everything together in a bowl with oil and salt.
  2. Since it tastes very sweet (thanks to the carrots), you can also season it with lemon.
