Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and let them cool, peel and cut into small pieces. Chop the shallot or spring onions (you can do both together) and green peppers and mix them with the potatoes. Season well with salt, pepper, chilli and fresh parsley. To round it off, add oil as needed and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
