Peel the boiled jacket potatoes. Mix the mayonnaise with the natural yoghurt, salt and pepper. If the mixed mayo is too sour, add a little sugar.
Peel and chop the eggs, apple and onion, then chop the gherkins and add everything to the mayo, stir. Chop the potatoes, add them and stir again, done. Cut the potatoes into cubes or slices as desired.
If you don`t have natural yoghurt in the house, you can also use 1 cup of sour cream for 2 yoghurts.
