Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes, then peel and dice.
  2. Fry the ham cubes in oil and remove from the pan. Fry the diced onions to the desired degree of browning, using plenty of oil, which will be added to the salad afterwards. Put everything in a large bowl.
  3. For the dressing:
  4. The ingredients make very little dressing and it has to be viscous. Mix approx. 1 tablespoon of stock powder, sort to taste, with a tiny dash of warm water in a cup. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of mustard, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar to taste. The dressing should taste too strong in the cup, as it gives off a lot of flavor to the potatoes.
  5. Finally, mix everything together and let it taste.
