Instructions

  1. Let the boiled potatoes cool (jacket potatoes from the previous day would be better) and cut into small pieces. Cut the mustard cucumber into pieces and the feta cheese. Mix everything in a bowl.
  2. Then mix in the sour cream and cucumber juice, season with salt and pepper and stir everything in nicely. Let the whole thing steep and then enjoy. It goes well with meatballs or poultry marinated in mustard.
