Instructions

  1. Clean the potatoes and then cook them with the sugar peas in salted water.
  2. In the meantime, cut the cleaned radishes and celery into slices. Add the spring onions cut into fine rings, the chopped fresh herbs and the lemon juice. Now fold in the remaining ingredients, the boiled potatoes and the sugar snap peas. Season with salt and pepper and let steep before serving.
