While the peeled potatoes are cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients. Cut the matjes, apple, cucumber and onion into cubes. Mix the yogurt with the mustard. Mix all ingredients and season well with salt and pepper.
When the potatoes are done, peel them, cut them into small pieces and stir in while they are still warm. Now let the salad stand a little and season again to taste.
