Instructions

  1. Boil or hard boil potatoes and 3 eggs.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the mayo:
  3. Place 1 raw egg in a tall container. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt and a squeeze of lemon. Only then add the oil. Use the hand blender to whisk the egg at the bottom of the vessel for a while and slowly pull the hand blender upwards. Put the majo in a bowl, add the yoghurt, season with curry, chili and pepper and stir well. If necessary, season again with salt and set aside.
  4. Peel and chop the onion, finely dice the fine gherkins, tomato and Gouda cheese and place everything in a salad bowl.
  5. Fry the ham in a pan and add it until crispy. Dice the peeled eggs and potatoes and add them. Likewise the corn. Pour the salad sauce over it, mix well and season again to taste. Let the salad stand for a few hours.
