Wash the potatoes and then cook them in salted water. When the potatoes have cooled, they are cut with the skin on. Wash the rocket and cherry tomatoes. Cut off stalks that are too long from the rocket and halve the cherry tomatoes if they are larger. Otherwise the tomatoes can stay whole. Chop the garlic and chop the spring onion.
Pour off the oil from the feta (is usually just bad vegetable oil). Put the potatoes in a salad bowl and then add everything else (the rocket, the cherry tomatoes, garlic, spring onions and the feta).
Season with olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well. If you like it a little more spicy, you can also add mustard to taste.
