Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled, cooled, peeled potatoes, the cooked carrots and the pickled cucumbers into thin slices. Roughly cut the sauerkraut. Save half of the carrots for garnish. Mix the salad ingredients with mayonnaise or sour cream and spices. Garnish the potato salad with lettuce leaves and carrot slices and sprinkle with chives.
