Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook with the skin soft. Then peel off, let cool and cut into slices. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and add to the potato slices. Chop the dill and add it as well. Carefully fold in Miracel Whip and let the potato and salmon salad steep. Season to taste with salt and pepper just before serving.
