Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes, quench, peel, let cool and cut into slices. Wash and dice the tomatoes, wash the spring onions as well and cut into fine rings. If it is not in season for spring onions, a normal household onion can also be used. Put everything together in a bowl.
  2. Mix the dressing from the bag (usually to be prepared with water and oil) and add to the bowl. Mix everything well.
  3. If you prefer it fresh, you can also mix vinegar and oil in a small bowl with the herbs of your choice, here I think parsley or mixed herbs (frozen) go very well, and season with pepper and salt.
  4. If you have time and like mushrooms, I can recommend chanterelles, whether fresh, frozen or canned, to fry in a pan and add to the salad.
  5. Tastes wonderful with schnitzel and sausages, but is also a great snack for the office.
